ChatGPT tutorial

Use ChatGPT Projects as a small knowledge base

When you repeat the same context every week, move that context into a Project instead of pasting it again and again.

The situation

You write recurring updates, prepare similar meetings or work from the same background material. A normal chat forgets the structure unless you repeat it. A Project can keep relevant sources and instructions together.

Try this

  1. Create a Project for one recurring task.
  2. Add stable source material such as notes, briefs or useful previous outputs.
  3. Add instructions for format, tone and what to avoid.
  4. Use the Project only for that workflow so the context stays clean.

Prompt

"Use the project sources first. Give me a short draft, then list anything that is missing or uncertain before I use it."

Make it easier

Keep one Project per recurring workflow. A small Project is easier to trust than one big bucket with mixed documents, old decisions and half-relevant notes.

Check before relying on it

Project features and connected sources depend on your plan, workspace settings and rollout. Keep sensitive or regulated data out unless your organization allows it.
